Our journey as SaYa – a pen name derived from our names, Sandro and Silvia is a union of life and professional purpose. In Japanese, Saya refers to the scabbard of a sword: a vessel that protects, welcomes, and preserves.
Since 2009, we have been independent researchers and practitioners dedicated to spreading the wisdom of Ho’oponopono. Our mission is to share one of the most powerful modern tools for inner peace: the mantra “I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You.”
Our path began when Silvia received the direct teachings of this ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation from Dr. Hew Len during his first-ever seminar in Italy. Since then, we have committed our lives to practicing and teaching how to dissolve memories that hinder our true essence.

- That problems are actually opportunities to develop your unique talents.
- How to take 100% responsibility for your life and gain the power to change it.
- That true peace, like everything else, starts within you.
